That’s according to new reports focusing on the background of Jonathan Ross, the ICE agent caught on film fatally shooting Renee Good as she tried to flee officers on the morning of January 7.
As per the New York Post, an ICE team had then stopped Roberto Carlos Munoz, a suspect with multiple charges against his name. Yet things escalated dramatically when Munoz refused to step out of his vehicle.
According to reports, Ross broke the back driver’s side window in an attempt to unlock the door from inside. Munoz responded by putting his foot on the gas to escape, with Ross’s arm lodged between the seat and the car frame.
The Justice Department claimed that Ross was dragged for over 100 yards as Munoz sped away, swerving from left to right in a bid to shake the ICE officer free.
