New details emerge about Jonathan Ross, ICE agent who fatally shot Renee Good

Ross was reported to have sustained “significant injuries to his arm and hand,” requiring 33 stitches, according to DHS Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin.

Munoz was later arrested and charged with assaulting a federal officer. He was convicted by a federal jury in December 2024.

Ross, who serves full-time in Minneapolis as a member of ICE’s ERO Special Response Team, was involved in another incident last week – this time responsible for the fatal shooting of 37-year-old mother Renee Good.

DHS Secretary Kristi Noem defended the shooting in its immediate aftermath, claiming Ross had acted appropriately. President Donald Trump also voiced his opinion in no uncertain terms, claiming that Ross was lucky to be alive and blaming Good.

Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey, meanwhile, issued a fiery warning to ICE, stating: “To ICE, get the f*** out of Minneapolis. They are not here to cause safety in this city. What they are doing is not to provide safety in America. What they are doing is causing chaos and distrust.” Continue reading…
