Humpty Dumpty Dip: A Deviled Egg Lover’s Dream in Dip Form

This dip may sound fancy, but it comes together in just a few simple steps — no stovetop, no baking, no complicated tools required.

Step 1: Prepare the Eggs

Start by hard-boiling your eggs if you haven’t already. Once they’re cool and peeled:

  • Take 6 of the eggs and place them whole into a large food processor.
  • For the other 6 eggs, slice them in half and remove the yolks. Add these yolks to the food processor.
  • Set aside the remaining egg whites from those 6 eggs. You’ll chop them and mix them in later for texture.

Why do it this way? Including whole eggs gives the dip a richer, more egg-forward flavor and creamier texture. The chopped whites added later create a bit of contrast and mimic the texture of classic deviled eggs.
