- 12 large hard-boiled eggs, peeled
- 1 (8 oz) package of cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard

- 1 teaspoon salt
- Pinch of black pepper
- Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional for a mild kick)
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh chives, divided
- Sliced pickles, for garnish (optional)
- Crackers, pretzels, or veggie sticks, for serving
Tip: You can use Dijon mustard instead of yellow mustard for a more robust flavor, or even try adding a bit of horseradish or hot sauce for extra zing.
