But true to his selfless nature, Bailey requested only gifts that his younger brother, Riley, would enjoy, demonstrating the remarkable generosity and thoughtfulness that had characterized his life, even in the face of unimaginable suffering.
Just before Christmas in 2017, family and friends made one last pilgrimage to Bailey’s hospital room, desperate to be with him in his final days.
