Remove tartar from your teeth and whiten them with this simple recipe.
Hydrogen peroxide
We prepare a mixture with about 100 ml of water and 30 ml of hydrogen peroxide and rinse them with it, thus disinfecting and eliminating tartar.
Remember to rinse your mouth well once you’re done.
Causes of accumulation
There are different causes for tartar build-up , including:
