I fill the pan and place it in the oven, and the grime lifts off the walls and rack on its own.

Step 1: Getting the Oven Ready
Take out the oven racks and anything else inside.
Put on rubber gloves to protect your hands.

Step 2: Making the Baking Soda Mixture
Combine half a glass of baking soda with a small amount of water until it forms a paste.
Spread this paste over the interior surfaces of the oven, especially the greasy spots and corners.

Step 3: Letting the Paste Work
Allow the paste to sit for at least 12 hours, or leave it overnight.
Use this time to clean the oven racks separately.

Step 4: Wiping Away the Paste
Use a damp cloth to remove the dried baking soda mixture.
If some grime remains, gently loosen it with a plastic spatula.

Step 5: Boosting the Clean With Vinegar
Fill a spray bottle with white vinegar.
Mist the inside of the oven and let it sit briefly.
Wipe again with a damp cloth, adding more vinegar and water if needed.

Step 6: Putting Everything Back
Return the oven racks and any removed parts to their places.
Your oven is now refreshed and ready to use.
