Horror Christmas bus crash leaves eight dead as 19 injured

A horrific bus crash in Mexico has resulted in the deaths of eight people and left 19 others injured.

The incident occurred around 5pm local time yesterday when the bus plummeted over 600ft down an embankment on a winding road. Images from the scene depict the bus overturned in the municipality of Zontecomatlan, in the eastern state of Veracruz.
