Heartbreaking update on Romy Reiner
Law enforcement sources told LA Times that a family member was interviewed in connection with the investigation.
One source familiar with the case, who was not authorized to speak publicly according to LA Times, said there were no signs of forced entry at the home. The source also indicated that the victims had injuries consistent with stab wounds.
His youngest child was his daughter Romy Reiner, born in 1997. The two shared a very close relationship with one another. Romy would often post pictures and videos with her father.
Her last post on her public Instagram account was with her father and some other family members. She posted snapshots of a vacation all of them had taken during the Thanksgiving holidays. In one of the pictures in the carousel, she posted on Instagram, Rob Reiner could be seen swimming in the beautiful water.
In May of this year, she posted an adorable video with her father, Rob, in which she asked him questions about getting older while the two talked about important life lessons he wished to impart and some of his films.
The late director clearly had a close and affectionate relationship with his youngest child.
