Garlic Butter Steak and Potatoes Skillet

  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat and cook potatoes for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and tender.

  • Remove from skillet and set aside.


2. Cook the Steaks

  • Season steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.

  • In the same skillet, add 1 tablespoon olive oil over medium-high heat.

  • Sear steaks 3–4 minutes per side (for medium-rare; adjust time for desired doneness).

  • Remove steaks and let them rest on a plate.
