Another condition often discussed in relation to facial hair is Polycystic Ovary Syndrome, commonly known as PCOS. This hormonal condition can cause increased hair growth in areas where women typically have little or none. PCOS may also involve irregular menstrual cycles, difficulty with weight management, or skin concerns. That said, having chin hair alone does not mean someone has PCOS.
