Butter biscuits for swimming

  • After the first 30 minutes of baking:

    • Sprinkle ½ of the grated Parmesan cheese (about 2 tablespoons) and parsley flakes over the fries.

    • Gently toss the fries on the baking sheet using a spatula to coat them.

  • Return to the oven and bake for another 10–15 minutes, or until:

    • Fries are golden brown

    • Edges are crispy

    • Garlic is aromatic and slightly toasted

    • Watch closely during the final 5 minutes to prevent the garlic or cheese from burning.

6️⃣ Serve and Garnish

  • Remove from the oven and let sit for 1–2 minutes.

  • Top with the remaining Parmesan cheese while hot for an extra cheesy finish.

  • Optional: Garnish with freshly chopped parsley for a pop of color and freshness.
