A wall of metal appeared without warning. In seconds, an ordinary commute on the Mexico–Querétaro Highway turned into chaos as screams and screeching brakes filled the air. What began as a routine drive ended in devastation when a trailer failed to stop in time and barreled forward.
The crash unfolded on a November morning in Huehuetoca, when traffic was flowing normally. The trailer slammed into multiple vehicles, crushing them together and instantly blocking all north–south lanes.
