Athletics have also played a big role in his life. He enjoys tennis and football, but golf is his strongest link to his father. With his impressive height of 6’7”, Barron has a natural advantage on the course. Golf has allowed father and son to communicate more freely in private, away from public scrutiny. He also spent time with the DC United Youth Academy, furthering his love for structured sports and teamwork.
