She opened a separate bank account and transferred some of their joint savings. She also reached out to her parents for support.
But Anna wasn’t done. She had one more move to make
“I’m filing for divorce,” she said with a cold smile.

“Don’t even bother denying it. I heard your phone call. I saw the messages. Thought you’d outsmart me? Think again.”
Boris sat frozen, completely stunned. Anna continued:
“I’ve accepted it now. I never saw it coming. You spent so long setting me up, but life has a way of turning things around.”
Boris turned pale. Then came the yelling—the blame, the insults—but Anna had already tuned it out.
Eventually, he packed his things and left.
The court ruled his attempt to transfer the property was illegal.
