A mother was prepared for burial after drowning — until her 5-year-old yelled, ‘Mommy said that isn’t her!’

Mariana López, 32, was swept by the river, leaving her family mourning her tragic passing.

Her body was retrieved the following day. It was swollen, and it didn’t resemble Mariana, but there was her necklace, and officials said it was not unusual for the body to become disfigured after being under the water for so long.
