ollowing a tragic plane crash that rocked the calm afternoon skies this past Sunday, London Southend Airport is still closed. Chaos broke out at around 3:58 p.m. BST when a 12-meter aircraft abruptly lost control just after takeoff and crashed to the ground, exploding into a fireball that was visible and audible for miles. At least one person has been killed in the incident, which is currently being thoroughly investigated by law enforcement and aviation authorities.
