Even as she maintained a somewhat lower media profile in the preceding months, Harris has remained the primary architect for several critical interagency initiatives. Her portfolio continues to prioritize maternal health, the protection of voting rights, workforce development, and the pursuit of economic equity. Her participation in the Dana Point summit was a natural extension of this advocacy.
